Maison Verso respects your privacy. This policy describes the practices relating to the À corps & vins website, its forms and the communications that follow. It applies to the official website and its French and English versions, regardless of the domain used to access it.
We do not sell your personal information. We limit its use to the purposes described below and other uses permitted by law.
1. Who is responsible for your information
The website is administered by Maison Verso, the operating name of CAPAS Inc. Privacy requests should be directed to the person responsible for personal information protection at Maison Verso, at info@maisonverso.com.
This policy covers the information Maison Verso receives and processes through the website, show booking inquiries and private or corporate events. Presenting venues, ticketing services and other organizations you deal with may have their own practices.
2. The information we collect
What you share with us
Depending on your inquiry, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, organization, message and information about your project. For an event, this may also include a preferred date, venue, number of guests and type of occasion.
We also receive information you voluntarily include in an email or attachment. Avoid sending sensitive information or information about other people that is unnecessary for your inquiry.
Technical browsing data
The website and its external services require the transmission of technical data, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages or resources requested, request dates and times and, depending on browser settings, the referring page. Hosting, security, font and video services may process this data.
The website does not request access to your precise location, camera, microphone or contacts.
3. Why we use your information
Your information helps us answer questions, direct your inquiry to the right person, prepare a proposal or quote, organize a performance or event and provide the follow-up agreed with you. Technical data is used to display pages, deliver videos, maintain availability and detect problems or abuse.
We may also retain information needed for administrative, contractual or legal obligations and to protect our rights. Information collected for an inquiry is not automatically used to subscribe you to a newsletter or send you advertising.
Where consent is required, we request it for the relevant purposes. You may decline to provide optional information or withdraw consent for future use by contacting us. This may limit our ability to respond to an inquiry that requires that information; we will explain the situation.
4. How forms and ticketing work
The contact and event forms prepare an email in your email application. The information entered is not stored in an inquiry database on the website. You can review the message before sending it. Maison Verso receives the information when you actually send the email, then processes it through its work and email tools.
The alcohol permit application form is embedded from Wix Forms. It collects information about the organization, its address and Québec enterprise number, the venue, performances, ticket price, existing permits and a link to the signed authorization letter. When you submit this form, the responses are stored in Maison Verso’s Wix service to prepare and follow up on the RACJ application. Loading and using the form also involves technical data and the provider’s operational or security cookies.
On the Contact page, show booking inquiries are directed to Daphnée Laurendeau; private or corporate event inquiries are directed to Denis Bergeron. Your own email provider also processes the message under its terms.
The website does not collect bank card numbers or process ticket payments. If you buy tickets from a venue or external platform, the information needed for that purchase is governed by that organization’s policy. Payment arrangements for any contract with Maison Verso are agreed separately.
5. Cookies, videos and browsing choices
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. Technical services may use cookies necessary for their operation or security. The website currently integrates neither a Meta pixel nor Google Analytics, and we have added no advertising targeting tools.
The Vimeo player
Videos are embedded from Vimeo. When a player loads, your browser communicates directly with that service, which receives data needed to operate the player and deliver the video, including your IP address and browser information.
The dnt=1 privacy setting is enabled on the players. According to Vimeo, it prevents new cookies from being set during the viewing session, but does not prevent existing Vimeo cookies from being sent by the browser. It does not make browsing anonymous. See Vimeo’s privacy policy and cookie information.
Your settings
You can block or delete cookies, limit external content and adjust your browser’s privacy settings. Some features, including video, may then be unavailable. No optional cookie preference is currently recorded through a consent banner on this website.
6. The external services used
The website relies on the following services for display and operation:
- OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for publishing, hosting, page delivery and related technical services.
- Wix Forms to display, receive and store responses to the alcohol permit application form. See Wix’s privacy policy.
- Vimeo for video players and delivery.
- Google Fonts to load the Bricolage Grotesque typeface. Your browser requests the font files needed for display from Google’s servers.
- Email services used by you and Maison Verso to transmit and process inquiries.
Their practices are described in the policies of OpenAI, Cloudflare, Vimeo and Google. Links to partners or presenting venues lead to external websites governed by their own policies.
7. Who may receive your information
Access within Maison Verso is limited to people who need the information to handle your inquiry or perform their duties. Providers may process the information needed for their services, including email and hosting.
Where your project requires it, we agree with you on the information to be shared with an artistic team, venue or partner. Your inquiry is not automatically distributed to all of the show’s partners.
Information may also be disclosed with your consent or where permitted or required by law, including to fulfil a legal obligation or protect rights. In the event of a reorganization or transfer of activities, only necessary information may be disclosed under the conditions permitted by law and with appropriate confidentiality measures.
8. Where your information is processed
Maison Verso is based in Québec. Some providers use infrastructure in several countries. Information may therefore be processed or stored outside Québec or Canada, where privacy rules may differ.
We do not guarantee hosting exclusively in Québec. Any disclosure outside Québec must meet applicable requirements, including the assessments and safeguards required in the circumstances.
9. How long we retain information
We retain information as long as necessary to handle an inquiry, follow up on a project, meet our obligations and manage ongoing claims or files. The period depends on the type of information and our relationship with you; a simple question and a contractual file have different needs.
Once the purposes have been fulfilled, information must be securely destroyed or anonymized where appropriate and permitted. Deletion requests are considered in light of applicable retention obligations. Withdrawing consent does not automatically erase information we must legally retain.
10. How we protect information
We apply reasonable safeguards suited to the sensitivity, purposes and volume of the information. These include limiting access and using secure tools. No digital service or email transmission can offer absolute security.
If a privacy incident occurs, we take the necessary steps to limit its consequences and meet applicable obligations. You can report a concern to info@maisonverso.com.
11. Your rights and requests
Subject to the conditions provided by law, you may request access to or correction of your information, withdraw consent and, where provided, request deletion or disclosure in a structured, commonly used format.
Send your request to the responsible person at info@maisonverso.com. Describe its purpose; we may verify your identity proportionately. Access or correction requests receive a written response within 30 days of receipt. Any applicable restriction will be explained.
12. Minors
The wine tasting is for people aged 18 and over. Inquiries about family events must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 14. If such information is sent to us without the required authorization, contact us so we can handle it appropriately.
13. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when services or practices change. The date at the top shows the latest update. Changes are published here; additional notice or consent is provided or requested where needed. Simply browsing the website does not replace consent where consent is required.
